Giant Monsters and Magical Girls
The dead keep it, commanded by their Lich overlords. It is the realm of the Frozen throne of Judgment. According to Tyrian legends, the dark throne was unsealed when a foolish young human withdrew the legendary Sword of Ages from the earth before the appointed time, releasing the darkness into the world. It is written that the one who sits upon this throne and claims the Iron Crown of Domination may lead the Lich. Many a power-hungry fool has sought it, only to disappear in the frozen wastes, presumed dead and added to the undead masses. It is a forsaken place feared by many.
Although is generally accepted that Principality and its associated kingdoms is plagued with corruption by dark courts and evil orders (not to mention being a nexus for nearly all necromancy) Many, like the magic council of Fiore, question the validity of this tale. Among their many qualms about it are the following: those seen leading the undead throughout history have varied greatly in tactics, appearance, and leadership, and while all wore iron helms or crowns of sorts, no consistent headpiece can be pointed to as an “Iron crown”. The other: that no apparent proof has been presented of a “sword of Ages”, nor any documentation of it that wasn’t of Tyrian origins.
